Daily Rounds 360

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Daily Rounds 360 — this website, the app and everything in it. By creating an account, starting a membership or buying mentorship, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

“We”, “us” and “our” mean Mohammed Imran Sujad, a sole proprietorship registered in India, trading as Daily Rounds 360. “You” means the person using the service. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, are the whole agreement between us.

This is an electronic record published under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It does not require a physical or digital signature.

2. What the service is — and is not

Daily Rounds 360 is a consistency and accountability platform for medical students. Members get a syllabus-driven roadmap, live weekday study rooms, a weekly assessment, attendance and progress tracking, and study tools including flashcards, mock tests, mind maps and a 3D anatomy atlas.

You can join on any day, but the cohort — the live study rooms, the Wednesday sessions, the Saturday assessment, the leaderboard and cohort points — runs by calendar month, so the people you are ranked against started with you. If you join between the 1st and the 5th, you enter that month’s cohort straight away and are credited with the cohort’s average points so far that month, so a late start does not leave you at the bottom of the board. If you join after the 5th, everything else in the app is yours immediately, free, and you enter the next month’s cohort on the 1st.

It is a study support service. It is not a medical qualification, not a substitute for your medical college, and nothing in it is medical advice or a clinical reference to be relied on in the care of a patient. We do not promise any examination result, rank, score or placement. What we commit to is running the service described on this site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. The service is designed for MBBS students and recent graduates. By using the service you confirm that this is true of you.

4. Your account

  • The information you give us must be true, current and complete. We may suspend an account whose details we reasonably believe to be false.
  • Your account is personal to you. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account — attendance, points and the leaderboard only mean anything if each account is one person.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at the contact address below if you think someone else has access to it.
  • One membership per person. We may merge or close duplicate accounts.

5. Membership, billing and renewal

Price

Membership costs ₹299 a month. A brand-new member also pays a one-time registration fee of ₹200, which includes the Four Dedicated Sessions described in clause 6, so their first payment is ₹499 and every renewal after it is ₹299. The registration fee is charged once per person: a member who leaves and comes back pays ₹299 only. Prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout, and every amount is shown to you before you pay.

Renewing

Your first payment covers your first cohort month — the current month if you join by the 5th, otherwise the next one. Your membership does not renew automatically. We do not set up a recurring mandate on your UPI account, card or bank account, and nothing is charged unless you choose to pay again. To continue for another month you renew it yourself, from the Membership section of your profile, for ₹299. We remind you before your access runs out. If you do not renew, your access simply ends at the end of the month you paid for — there is nothing to cancel.

Stopping

Because nothing renews by itself, there is no subscription to cancel: simply do not renew, and your access ends when the month you paid for ends. You keep full access until then. If you would rather leave sooner, or want your account closed, email imransujad321@gmail.com. When a membership payment is refunded is set out in our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Failed payments

If a payment fails or does not complete, your access continues for 7 days so you can try again. If it has not succeeded by then, paid features lock until the payment is made. Your account and progress are kept. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend access to what that payment bought while it is resolved.

Price changes

We may change the membership price. A change never affects a month you have already paid for, and we email you at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal, so you can decide not to continue.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your payment credentials go to Razorpay, never to us.

6. The Four Dedicated Sessions and mentorship

Four Dedicated Sessions

The registration fee includes four live sessions — Research, LinkedIn, CV building, Medical Pathways — held on the first four Wednesdays of your first cohort month, in place of that day’s study room. They are a first-month benefit: they are not part of the monthly renewal and are not repeated in later months, including if you cancel and later rejoin. If you join the cohort after one of them has taken place, you get its recording.

The community

Every member can use the community inside the app: a main room open to everyone, a room for their own cohort, and private messages with people in their cohort, its lead and the mentors attached to it. It is text only — there is no way to send pictures, files or voice. This is included in the membership. It is a conversation between members, not a support channel and not personalised guidance, and nobody is under any obligation to answer a question posted there.

What you write in the community is visible to whoever can read that room, and stays there with your name on it. Cohort leads can remove a message from the main room or a cohort room. Nobody can remove or read a message in a private conversation between two other members. Keep it civil and on topic; we can remove messages, and suspend or close an account, for harassment, spam, sharing other members’ personal information, or posting anything unlawful.

Personalised one-on-one mentorship

Personalised mentorship is an optional one-month service, bought separately inside the app for ₹600. It does not renew automatically; you can buy another month when one ends. It gives you an assigned mentor — someone who has already been through the relevant part of medical training — and a mentor is assigned within 2 business days of payment. For each month, it includes:

  • A personalised study plan based on your subjects, current progress and goals — 1 plan, with 1 revision in the month.
  • Up to 2 one-on-one calls in the month, of up to 20 minutes each.
  • Up to 5 study-related doubts a week through in-app messaging. The count resets every Monday.
  • 1 progress check-in a week, reviewing your consistency, the difficulties you are having, and what to change.
  • Personalised guidance on subject priorities, study resources, revision strategy and exam preparation.
  • Mentors aim to reply to messages within 24–48 working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00 IST; Sundays and public holidays off). Mentorship is not an on-call or 24-hour service, and it does not include unlimited calls or messages.
  • The allowances above reset with each month you buy, are only available while that month is active, and do not carry over.
  • Mentorship is educational guidance. It is not medical care, emergency support or counselling, and it does not guarantee any grade, rank, placement or career outcome.
  • If your mentor is unresponsive, you can report it in the app or by email and ask to be reassigned.
  • Mentorship runs on its own dates. Cancelling your membership does not end a mentorship month you have paid for, and mentorship ending does not affect your membership.

7. How you may use it

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study, for as long as your membership lasts. You must not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense or publish the study materials, question banks, assessments, session recordings or textbooks available in the app. They are licensed to you personally and some are licensed to us by others.
  • Share study-room, session or mentorship links with anyone who is not entitled to them.
  • Falsify attendance or progress — for example by running a focus session you are not present for, or having someone else attend, study or sit an assessment as you.
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, database or content of the platform, or use automated tools against it.
  • Interfere with the security of the service, attempt to reach another member’s account or data, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
  • Post anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing of anyone else’s rights in a check-in, reflection, study room, community space or mentorship conversation.
  • Use the service to advertise, recruit or sell to other members, or treat a mentor as a channel for anything outside the mentorship described in clause 6.

8. Content and intellectual property

The platform, its design, its code, its roadmaps, session content and recordings, and the materials we produce belong to us or to our licensors. Third-party material carries its own licence — the anatomy atlas uses BodyParts3D data under CC BY 4.0, and uploaded textbooks remain the property of their publishers and are made available only to members.

What you write — your check-ins, reflections, notes, answers and mentorship messages — remains yours. You give us permission to store it, show it back to you, and show it to the administrators and, if you buy mentorship, the mentor who supports you, so that we can run the service. We do not use your writing in marketing without asking you first.

9. Automated features

Parts of the app use AI models to suggest chapter structures for uploaded material and to answer questions about the anatomy atlas. These outputs can be wrong, and they are offered as a study aid, not as a source of truth, and they are never medical advice. Check anything that matters against your textbook.

What you type into an AI feature is sent to the AI provider named in our Privacy Policy to produce the answer, so do not type personal or patient information into it. Study material we draft with AI help is reviewed by a person before it is published, and is covered by clause 8 like the rest of our material.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Study rooms, sessions and assessments run on the published weekly schedule, which we may adjust for holidays or for circumstances outside our control. We may change or withdraw features. If we remove something central to the membership, we tell you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.

11. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your membership at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if your payment is reversed, or if your conduct makes the service worse for other members or for your mentor. Where we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you paid, as set out in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Clauses that by their nature should outlive the agreement — intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law — survive its termination.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet your particular requirements or produce any particular academic outcome.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, savings or data. Our total liability to you, on any basis, is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of someone else’s rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will email members before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can cancel before your next renewal.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Before going to court, please write to us. Most disagreements are quicker to settle directly, and we answer every complaint within 5 business days.
